The large majority of customer orders are fulfilled and
shipped from the HomWerks, LLC warehouse in Chanhassen, Minnesota. There are
instances that shipments originate directly from the manufacturer. Normally,
through standard shipping methods, parcels are shipped within two business days.
You, the customer, may choose the shipment option that meets
your needs. HomWerks, LLC has established relationships with the United States
Postal Service and FedEx, and offers a variety of shipping methods,
ranging from standard to expedited.
All parcels shipped from our facility will be assigned a
tracking number that will be emailed to the customer upon the shipment of the
parcel(s) (Shipment Confirmation).

order within two business days from the date of the original order.
Backordered / Out
of Stock Scenarios
As in any other fulfillment operation, there will be
isolated situations when orders have been placed and sellable product is not
available. As a general rule, HomWerks, LLC will not “hold” orders for later
fulfillment. If a backorder is identified,
the order will be cancelled unless the backordered item is part of a larger
order, in which case the customer may choose to cancel the out-of-stock item
and have the remainder of the order shipped.

FedEx Surepost and UPS SmartPost
There are instances when FedEx applies additional
charges to a shipment. Among these are a residential surcharge and a remote area
surcharge. To avoid these costs, and subsequent increase in product pricing,
HomWerks, LLC reserves the right to ship parcels via FedEx SmartPost.
Using this shipping method, parcels are routed
through conventional FedEx channels, and then, near the final
destination, are transferred to the US Postal Service for doorstep delivery. In
these cases, the parcel will be traceable from our warehouse to your door (via FedEx).
